RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Nyoka Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service info@nyokahome.com within 7 days of receiving your order. (exceptions may apply)

 

Once you have contacted us our customer service team will assist you. Please NOTE that we only accept returns for goods that were damaged in transit, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we can accommodate where necessary.

 

We recommend Using a reliable delivery service and package returns securely, and note shipping costs are at the customers expense..

 

Note to be eligible for return all items must be unused and in the same condition as received with authentic labels and in Nyoka Home original packaging.

Lost and Stolen Parcels:

  • We are not responsible for parcels left outside in extreme weather conditions or stolen after delivery.

Parcels Returned to Sender:

  • If a package is returned to the sender due to delivery issues, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping. Nyoka Home won't accept postal fees incurred upon reception of a returned parcel.
